OpenOffice adalah paket Office suite yang open source, dan bisa dipakai untuk menggantikan Microsoft Office, dalam paket tersebut sudah sangat lengkap mencakup word processor, spreadsheets, presentation, graphic, databases dan masih banyak lagi. tersedia dalam berbagai macam bahasa dan bisa berjalan dalam berbagai platform, seperti Windows, Linux, Mac OSX.
